In the event that you need the chiropractic expertise, I can work in conjunction with any of three chiropractors in Frontier Integrated Health Center.
I began in the O'Fallon area in 1994; left for New Mexico in 1998 and
came back to OFallon in 2001. I have always tried to tailor my massage to the recipient. I welcome your input during or after a session; letting me know about pressure or suggestions to make your treatment perfect for you.
An hour means 60 minutes of hands-on massage!
Many spas and franchise massage establishments deduct ten minutes or more from your massage time for interview, undress, preparation and clean-up. When you arrive on time, I guarantee you the full 60 minutes of hands-on massage. I allow 15 to 30 minutes between massages, so there is plenty of time to regroup, clean up and prepare for the next client, on my time, not yours.
